1. Growing the Sanlam Adviser Business
   • Commit to marketing plans and targets to expand and develop the business as outlined by our distribution strategy.
   • Apply market segmentation and customer profiling knowledge to support sales growth.
2. Networking, Lead Generation, and Prospecting
   • Build connections through face-to-face interactions to create business opportunities.
   • Identify new clients through innovative approaches like networking events or ad-hoc presentations.
   • Enhance existing relationships by increasing service quality.
3. Client Consultations and Sales
   • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
   • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' complete financial situations.
   • Provide sound personal financial planning advice.
4. Exceptional Client Service

Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 qualification required. Completion of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS)
