    Description

    Job Title: Regional Trainer

    We are seeking a skilled Regional Trainer to join our team in Gauteng, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years' experience in a similar role or Cash Centre experience and possess knowledge of all processing and capturing platforms within Cash Centres.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Train new appointments on site, including Tellers, Supervisors, and Cash Centre Managers.
    • Provide refresher training to Tellers, Supervisors, and Cash Centre Managers monthly.
    • Implement audit requirements and maintain necessary files and documents.
    • Communicate updates on processing platforms to branches.
    • Maintain accurate record keeping and adhere to standard operating guidelines.
    • Ensure subordinate effectiveness, motivation, and teamwork.
    • Adhere to risk control and security procedures.

    The estimated salary for this position is R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    Requirements:

    • Up to 2 years' experience in a similar role or Cash Centre experience.
    • Own transport required.
    • Knowledge of all processing and capturing platforms within Cash Centres.
    • Knowledge of the operating and daily preventative maintenance of Cash Centre equipment.
    • Knowledge of Cash Centre operations.
