    Description
    Minimum Job Requirements:
    • Primavera Certification.
    • Min 10 to 15 years' in project planning environment essential.
    • Engineering qualification an added advantage.
    • SAP and Primavera Superuser (non-neg).
    • Microsoft Projects.
    • Exposure to large scale projects.
    • Boiler construction experience, an added advantage.
    Key Performance Areas:
    • Compile a consolidated schedule for the project by combining all available information and sub-schedules available.
    • Co-ordinate the planning and scheduling function for the project.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Ensure process and resource optimisation.
    • Develop and maintain the project schedule on Microsoft Projects / Primavera.
    • Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel or appointed contractors.
    • Field validation of construction progress.
    • Integrate project schedules into project master plan.
    • Compile weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and S-Curve development.
    • Flag schedule risks to Management.
    • Identify mitigations for schedule risks and issues.
