Description
Storeman / Service Administrator.
- Processing of jobs from opening to closing
- Provides clerical and administration support to field service personnel.
- Generates purchase orders.
- Coordinates parts deliveries as directed.
- Stock control.
- Supervises, dispatches, and receives transaction paperwork.
- Interfaces with vendors and subcontractors including the scheduling of activities.
- Controls receiving and dispatch of parts.
- Maintain CMS for stock movements.
- Determine stock requirements and maintain stock levels.
- Collates, scans and files jobrelated paperwork and correspondence.
- Assists in receiving and retrieving field service department phone calls and directing to relevant personnel.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Carries out ancillary duties as and when required.
- Process orders, jobs, parts control and deliveries and schedule activities.
- Manage stock holding and stock control.
Salary:
R8, R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
