MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:


Education

  • Matric


  • Qualification

  • Degree or diploma or other relevant experience relating to HR, SA Labour Legislation
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Experience

  • 35 years' prior experience in a full recruitment role (Start to end onboarding).
  • An understanding of and insight into the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, SDL and POPI acts.
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it relates to Human resources and South African law
  • Excellent management of Admin.
  • Previous experience working in the FMCG sector advantageous

  • Needs to be culturally aware with good ethics, problem solving and strategic thinking competencies
Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Recruitment/HR Exp: 3 years (required)
