    Job Title: Projects Coordinator

    A leading SA manufacturer of high-quality, customizable vehicles seeks an experienced Projects Coordinator to drive efficiency across production, design, and procurement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth execution.
    • Oversee special projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
    • Maintain accurate production drawings and technical requirements, fostering a culture of precision and quality.
    • Manage risks, costs, and resources for seamless delivery, mitigating potential issues before they arise.
    • Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvements, promoting a lean and efficient work environment.
    • Collaborate closely with factory and management teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

    Requirements:

    • Mature Secondary Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
    • At least 3 years of technical experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of success.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve complex problems, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
    • Excellent communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
