We are looking for an energetic Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Campaigns team in delivering all our projects and initiatives successfully.

Responsibilities:

Provide all needed support to the marketing campaigns department.
Work with the campaigns team to create, execute, manage, and track brand and marketing initiatives and campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
Create reports on campaign performance.
Ensure successful delivery of leads to relevant business units.
Maintain and manage schedules for marketing initiatives.
Organize, manage, and facilitate marketing collateral and distribution nationally.
Ensure all data requirements for campaign execution are met.

Marketing Assistant Qualifications/Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Comfort with multitasking in a deadlinedriven environment
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
Excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal and social abilities
Ability to spot emerging trends
Problem solving and creative thinking skills
Ability to develop proposal documents

Education and Experience Requirements:

Marketingrelated qualification
23 years' experience in a marketing environment, preferably Campaigns
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with customer relationship management or campaign execution systems would be beneficial
