Description

Purpose

you will form part of a highly skilled group of commercial, legal and technical individuals who are responsible for commercial contracts, technical & operational strategy and managing 3rd party service providers.

You will cater to both internal parties (Project Management, Operations, Commercial) and external parties (rain business partners).


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with external partner management.
  • Assist with managing contract SLAs.
  • Compliance and governance
  • Review and assist in new business opportunities.
  • Ensure ontime implementation and delivery of new services.
  • Prepare requested documents for team members.
  • Conduct research for team members.
  • Create progress reports.
  • Work closely with other departments.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience or 2 3 years in a business/commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
