Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our bidorbuy account operations.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with bidorbuy customer support and account management teams.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to increase visibility, sales, and customer engagement on the bidorbuy platform.

Listing Optimization: Ensure product listings are accurately and compellingly presented to drive conversions.

Price Monitoring: Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and timely updates.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

Marketing Collaborations: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and promotions.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of bidorbuy trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.

Feedback Management: Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bidorbuy account management experience.
