Description
Job Objectives:
- 100% compliance to company policies, processes, labour legislation, SLAs (e.g. professional registration) and timely record keeping (online database and tracker) and ensuring information is POPI compliant.
- Build an online, active, and up to date database (ATS) for your departments of prescreened applicants per skill group and job category through appropriate direct sourcing, engagement, and networking initiatives.
- Drive the endtoend recruitment process and escalating where necessary to ensure each part of the process progresses timeously achieved.
- Recruit to agreed benchmarks and minimum standards and partner with line managers so they understand the benchmarks and follow best practice screening and selection.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop sustainable recruiting strategies based on the business requirements.
- Weekly recruitment reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Essential: Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma/ Degree)
- 23 years' experience in the role of a recruitment consultant, preferably within a contact centre or recruitment agency
- Proven track record in high volume and specialised recruitment
