Experience & Requirements:

Relevant hospitality qualification;
At least 1 year experience in a hotel environment;
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language;
Must have a car and valid driver's license;
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, selfawareness, work ethic, and empathy;
Passion and understanding for young, energetic student communities;
Passion and understanding for CampusKey vision and values;
Excellent in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel).

Duties & Responsibilities

Take part in after hour duty rosters from 19:00 07:00
Monitor 24 hour viewing stations
Implement Community Guidelines after hours
Scheduled site walks
Reception Communication
Reception space's cleanliness and overall welcoming look and feel
Student inquiries
Student bookings
Wi-Fi voucher sales and inquiries
Update of occupancy trackers
Office administration
Loading biometric access control
Follow operational protocols
