- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of regional Time & Attendance technology systems, including access control infrastructure.
- Evaluate system and machine utilization, reliability, and capacity to meet operational demands.
- Manage licensing, costs, and budgeting for the Time & Attendance infrastructure ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
- Provide high-level (Level 3) support to IM service specialists, and act as the subject matter expert for all Time & Attendance-related incidents.
- Conduct monthly global service delivery reviews with vendors, incorporating feedback from regional operations.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and enhancement of service delivery.
- Understand and leverage technological trends to enhance organizational competitiveness through innovative Time & Attendance solutions.
- Coordinate the development of frameworks, designs, and contingency plans for system restoration and continuous service improvement.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and design system architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in managing Time & Attendance systems, particularly in the mining or similar industries.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is beneficial for roles in LATAM.
- Strong technical acumen with proven experience in system design, integration, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in vendor management, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
