    Key Responsibilities:

    • Expand and Optimize the Network: Identify and develop new dealership opportunities in target markets by conducting thorough market research and developing effective strategies for growth.
    • Drive Performance: Monitor dealership performance and implement improvement plans to ensure sales, service, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
    • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform long-term network development strategies that align with business goals.
    • Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for dealerships, providing support with business development, best practices, and alignment with brand goals.
    • Compliance and Standards: Ensure dealerships meet brand, operational, and customer service standards at all times.
    • Training and Development: Develop training programs to help dealers improve performance and customer experience.
    • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with dealers to review financial health, improve profitability, and support expansion plans.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 8-10 years in the automotive industry, with 3-5 years specifically in dealer network development or sales management.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations, market analysis, and financial management.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
