Provide leadership and sales strategy to continuously grow Sales in the Region- Divisional Strategy Formulation and Implementation

- Operational Management and Divisional Leadership
- Managing of Warehouse and Distribution Partners

- Attainment of targets specified in annual segment plans in terms of revenue and profit contribution for all managers
- Relationships with top key decision points
- Division continues to achieve established growth targets for total business and Priority Products
- Division develops and retains toptalent and career paths of professionals are clearly defined
- Direct reports require mínimal supervision on day to day issues
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales Management and Key Accounts functions that includes managing complex and/or significant customer relationships, Key National Accounts and Sales Operations.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Bakery/Deli channel advantageous
- Demonstrated successful relationships with key Customers resulting in profitable opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in managing large teams
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Customer focus
Salary:
R57, R58,000.00 per month
