THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE


We are looking for a well presented and eloquent Bookings Clerk who excels in communication, prioritizes customer service, and has exceptional problem-solving skills to join an upmarket dealership.

Your role will be to deliver an above average service experience to customers, and facilitate effective communication between customers, parts, and service departments to meet satisfaction targets.

Your responsibilities will involve scheduling vehicle appointments, providing service recommendations, coordinating with the Service Department, upselling and cross-selling, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with the team.

1 Year of Bookings experience in a franchised dealership and working knowledge of a DMS are required.


Job Requirements
Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License
At least 1 year of Bookings Clerk experience within a franchised motor dealership (Premium Brand preferred)
Working knowledge of a DMS package

Fluent in both English & Afrikaans (a third SA language would be an advantage)

Well presented and well spoken
Stable work history
Contactable references


Qualifications
