Job Summary
Primary Duties
- General Reception duties.
- Be the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis, providing a friendly and welcoming front of house service.
- Diary and booking management.
- Ensure visibility and readiness to assist clients as and when the need arises.
- Understanding of all key services.
- Check outstanding accounts with management, prepare invoices and send to clients.
- Stationery stock count and ordering of stock.
- Prepare advertising/marketing suggestions for monthend meeting.
- Responsible for daily cash in box always be alert of opening float, cash in and out.
- Check that sales are closed off correctly throughout the day.
- Send message to Doctor's patients two days ahead.
- Monthly journals
- Account reconciliations
- Intercompany invoices
- Monthly Dr's reports
- Monthly Dr's invoices
- Outstanding debtors log
- GoodX processing
- Petty cash processing
- Cash log processing
- Supplier invoice processing
- Supplier reconciliations
Minimum Requirements
year qualification with a reputable institution
- Accounting Certificate advantageous
- Previous work experience in a medical environment is essential
- Strong computer skills
- Zenoti, GoodX knowledge will be advantageous
