  • Come and join this dedicated team as our P&O Advisor Resourcing. The P&O Advisor Resourcing will be responsible for P&O structure for effective deployment (M4S) and development of operations labour as well as good employee relations. The P&O Coordinator
  • Operations role forms an integral part of the Operational Management team, with the responsibility of ensuring the effectiveness of the human resources within the Operations. The incumbent is responsible for P&O Service delivery to the production manager.

**Job Description

  • Job responsibilities include**:
  • Development and coordination of the selection process (Training pf line managers on the interviewing skills/processes)
  • Benchmarking of the resourcing function internally and externally.
  • Effective allocation of resources and cost effective idea generation for systems and /or improvements.
  • To ensure resourcing governance is in place and monitoring SLA's of service providers/internal customers.
  • Alignment of practices with the Company's Transformation agenda and relevant legislation.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships & provide professional service to customers.
  • Keep abreast of industry development and legislation.
  • Reinforce on boarding strategy and talent referral & implementation thereof.
  • Recruitment intelligence reporting internal & external environmental scanning, vacancy analysis, attrition analysis and turnover.
  • To provide resourcing of scarce and critical skills through cost efficient resourcing drives, campaigns, headhunters.
  • Engagement with longterm planning/workforce planning to ensure a clear understanding of resource requirements for future project pipeline.
  • Effective twoway communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing a trusting and mutual respect relationship with stakeholders.

This role is at a Band 6 level reporting to the P&O Manager.

Qualifications:


  • NQF 7 Bachelors Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.

Experience

  • At least five years Human Resources experience, of which two years in the mining environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Computer literacy (Word/Excel/Outlook/ SAP & NAV+).
