    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at {company}, a leading provider of innovative learning solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and achieve targets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and leveraging their expertise in the Learning & Development (L&D) space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including Retail, Mining, Education, and Legal
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
    • Leverage knowledge of Learning Management Systems to provide expert guidance to clients

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of prior experience in sales
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Prior experience in the L&D space and knowledge of Learning Management Systems are highly beneficial

    Location: The role is based in Johannesburg, Western Cape, or Eastern Cape, with the option to work remotely. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
