    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our dynamic team as an SDR. The successful candidate will work on exciting campaigns targeting the UK and US markets, driving business growth and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pursue and qualify potential leads from the UK and US markets through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
    • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and tailor outreach for an international audience.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system (Zoho CRM).
    • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, engagement, and deals.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience working in the US or UK markets is essential.
    • A strong internet connection, laptop, and headset are required.
    • Strong communication skills with a neutral or professional accent.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to cover UK and US time zones.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
