Entry level / Intern HR Administrator


The Bizniz Consultant is an Administration and HR firm that prides itself in delivering the best HR services using the latest industry methods and systems.


Requirements:

Grade 12,
Relevant HR or Business Administration Diploma/Degree
6months to 1 year of previous generalist HR administration experience, including data collation for payroll (not a mandatory but will be an added advantage)

Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and Sage people system


Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration:

Process and maintain accurate records for all onboarding documentation.
Ensure the proper handling and storage of client employee files.


HR Functions:

Collate and prepare monthly payroll documentation for submission.
Utilize HR people system to manage and update client employee records.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain related records.


HR Service:

Address general client HR inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support various projects and administration activities within the HR department.
Generate reports to provide valuable insights and data.


Recruitment:

Take charge of advertising job vacancies.
Check references to ensure the credibility of applicants.


Reporting:

Collect and compile reports on various HR metrics and data.


Job Types:
Internship, Contract, Learnership

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R2, R3,500.00 per month
