- Bachelor's or National Diploma in Engineering or Operations Management with Motor Mechanic and Master Technician Certificates
- Minimum 5 years of motor industry experience in Technical Services, Product Engineering, or After Sales
- At least 2 years of experience dealing with technical product support issues and customer service liaison
- In-depth knowledge of products, Group standards, After Sales systems, warranty, dealer workshop processes, technical infrastructure, and consumer laws
- Proven experience in Dealer Networks focusing on After Sales and vehicle diagnostics
- Expertise in product defect diagnosis through Guided Fault Finding (GFF)
- Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
- Ability to create new dealer strategies
- Effective problem-solving and spatial thinking skills
- Customer-oriented, assertive, and persuasive abilities
- Computer literacy and Group system proficiency
- Perform on-site technical assessments, vehicle evaluations, and provide guidance on complex problems to improve information quality and resolution speed
- Travel to repair complex problems at Dealers (local and Sub-Saharan Importers) to ensure safety and quality standards
- Analyze root causes of complex vehicle problems and develop Dealer training content to address specific shortcomings
- Evaluate diagnostic methods and repair quality standards within the Dealer Network and Sub-Saharan Importers
- Implement corrective measures to achieve Dealer business objectives and compliance levels
- Conduct 3-4 day Dealer onsite audits to ensure Group Aftersales process compliance
- Monitor and report Dealer-specific metrics for Technical Core Process compliance
- Collaborate with Dealer Management and Aftersales Field Force to identify and implement corrective actions
- Manage dealer network conformity to single incident reporting and campaign fulfillment
- Identify and address training needs for Dealer workshop and aftersales staff
- Resolve escalated customer concerns involving TSC, Customer Interaction Centre, and the Dealer
- Ensure ongoing development and coaching of Dealer personnel for Technical Core Process compliance
