Salary is R20,000 per month and the role is homebased. You will need an excellent internet connection and a quiet place to work.
10am to 6.30pm in South Africa.


We are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Assessor in our Advice Standards Team who support our clients in delivering a high-quality advice checking/assessment service in line with Tenet core values, Service level agreements, FCA regulation and Andrew Nolan Mortgages ltd policy.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Provide file checks in line with service level agreements to support our Advisors
  • Manage the training and competency plan, staff development plans, regulatory plans for the business alongside the Director.
  • Arrange 11s with advisors every 6 months, keeping the records fully up todate
  • Arrange yearly observations and sit in on the observations making the required notes
  • Ensure that annual fitness and proper checks are carried out and evidence is retained in accordance with our regulatory obligations
  • Managing and delivering our annual SMRC training to all support staff and Advisors
  • Keeping up to date with our annual compliance road map, ensuring we meet all of the dates in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all Advisors CPD records are kept up you date in accordance with our Training and competency framework.
  • Assessment of advice in accordance with the Regulators and company policy standards.
  • Manage own workload within given timescales, taking ownership of meeting the teams' objectives.
  • Ensure and manage all assessments are in line with the policy and meet the minimum quality assurance programme requirements.
  • Keep all our regulatory documents up to date in accordance with our compliance partners guidance
