Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our Assets Care Shopware module. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, maximizing machinery uptime, and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize machinery uptime and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Assist with breakdowns and after-hours call outs to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Ensure operational effectiveness of all machinery in the area of responsibility.
• Perform administration functions, including managing the maintenance budget and capital expenditure projects (CAPEX).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Government certificate of competency.
• At least 7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Track record of production process improvements.
• Experience in PLC equipment drives and automation.
• Electrical problem-solving experience.
• Good experience in scheduled, predictive, and preventative maintenance.
• Administrative skills.
• Basic training in Food Safety Management Systems including FSSC 22000.
