Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of equipment is carried out according to the daily maintenance list, and preventive / predictive maintenance tasks of equipment are completed regularly.
  • Skilled use of CAD, CATIA, UG, SOLIDWORKS and other mechanical design software, optimize tooling design, improve tooling structure, extend tooling life, meet quality and production requirements
  • Actively participate in plant layout modification and continuous improvement, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the daily operation of the plant. Improve the service life of production line equipment?
  • Familiar with the machining process, hydraulic transmission principle, familiar with the principle of pneumatic control, can repair and simple design of hydraulic and pneumatic control.
  • Participate in the major construction and engineering transformation of the factory, put forward reasonable suggestions that are helpful to the factory, and effectively reduce the operating costs of the factory. New equipment, methods and changes are recommended that can reduce departmental operating costs, improve departmental operational capacity, and increase the life and efficiency of production line operating equipment.
  • Supervise the equipment inspection work and propose that there is work that needs to be improved in the inspection content. Supervise the process of receiving spare parts, ensure that the quantity of spare parts is accurate, and put forward purchase opinions.
  • Effectively organize and participate in equipment installation and equipment commissioning.
  • Participate in the assessment of production equipment hazards, formulate corresponding management plans, effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and be responsible for the identification of equipment hazards and the implementation of management programs. Propose improvement plans for existing security risks.
  • Responsible for teaching and mentoring other maintenance workers technically.
  • Use 5S to keep the workplace clean, tidy and organized.
  • Familiar with the working principle of factory equipment, can solve the more serious downtime accidents. Statistics on the frequency of downtime failures, preliminary analysis of the causes of downtime, update equipment FMEA. Participate in and assist engineers in daily equipment maintenance and management work.
  • The ability to work needs to meet the specific requirements of the client.

Requirements:


  • College degree and above, mechanical and electrical related majors are good.
  • 4 years or more in the production and manufacturing industry machinery maintenance experience,
  • Strong execution, safety and quality awareness, strong learning and handson ability.
  • Ability to read manufacturing drawings
  • Have advanced and above skill grade certificate in maintenance fitter field.
  • The position needs to be adapted to the shift.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational coordination skills, strong team awareness
