Description

The position is responsible for the daily operations of the plant, including but not limited to safety, daily general operations, maintenance, production, inventory control (inclusive of stock ordering), environmental compliance and the support and supervision of plant employees

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and run day to day operations
• Maintain high quality standards: quality control
• Adherence to health and safety requirements of the plant and employees
• Adherence to environmental standards and requirements
• Maintain high production efficiencies
• Preventative maintenance
• Daily delivery planning
• Achieving of production targetsRequirements:
• 5 Years ready mix plant management
• Matric, computer literate
• Must reside in Pretoria region or be willing to relocate
• Good knowledge of building and construction industry
