Managed People Solution is looking to hire a
junior Bookkeeper to work for a very Transportation company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Capturing of financial information.
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Perform checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms.
- Create reports and financial statements.
- Process account receivable.
- Process account payable.
- Handle the payroll.
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Requirements and Experience
- Must have grade 12 Matric.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience as junior bookkeeper or any other financial related field.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Types:
Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Linbro Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Certificate (preferred)
