    Growth Hacking Specialist

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Hacking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and qualifying leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
    2. Identify and research potential clients for our portfolio companies and develop tailored outreach strategies.
    3. Work closely with internal teams and portfolio companies to refine target audiences and sales strategies.
    4. Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
    5. Qualify and prioritise inbound and outbound leads to pass along to the teams of the portfolio companies.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in sales, business development representative, or a similar sales role (in B2B sales) with UK/EU experience.
    2. Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and using social media for prospecting.
    3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience.
    4. Ability to engage and influence key decision-makers in various industries.
