Our company if looking to fill the position of Team Leader

  • Call Centre Operations

Requirements:

Matric or Equivalent


Must have:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer service Team Leader (Call Centre) Role.

Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry

Must have dealt with International Clients


Key Skills Required:


  • Attention to detail and strong admin skills.
  • Ability to show empathy and provide solutions to clients.
  • Must have strong customer service, analytical and math skills.
  • Natural Leadership qualities.
  • Experience in managing a multichannel team.
  • Experience with International clients

Key Skills Required:


To constantly manage and monitor the team on:

  • Motivation, training, coaching and quality performance.
  • Mentoring.
  • Briefing and debriefing of staff.
  • Handling of any staff concerns /queries and giving the necessary feedback to the Operations Manager
  • Ensuring that all CSR's capture all the information required by the client into the system.
  • Excellent writing, communication
  • Escalation of issues that need to be handled at a higher level.
  • Effectively deal with irate clients and manage customer expectations.
  • Attention to detail and strong admin skills.
  • Ability to show empathy and provide solutions to clients.
  • Must have strong customer service, analytical skills.
