    Sales and Marketing Executive Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing costs and expenses within your designated region, ensuring they do not exceed sales growth or target. You will also ensure all stores are merchandised according to standard, monitor stock on hand, and drive sell-in strategies through stock management.

    This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as a working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement monthly store cycle schedules based on door size and importance and action plans, provide weekly feedback on progress/implementation, and ensure regions comply with all policies, procedures, and values in the business.
