The Tower Group is seeking a skilled Tower Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the tower installation process, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage project performance.
• Implement improvement plans to address variance between planned and actual progress.
• SUPervise service providers to ensure safe working methods are in place.
• Plan, supervise, and undertake quality audits on site delivery, installation, and commissioning of towers.
• Monitor and manage service provider quality performance during tower delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Participate in civil works handover with customers.

Competence Requirements:

• Diploma in Associate Engineering or equivalent
• At least one year's experience in mobile telecommunications network rollout
• At least three years' experience in installing and commissioning telecommunication towers or similar
• Proficient in written and spoken English as a business language

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000.
