Cape Winelands Properties is looking to recruit a dynamic real estate specialist to join their team in Cape Town CBD.

We are recognised as a luxury property estate agency in the Western Cape and always aim to delivery outstanding customer service and achieve maximum capital growth for our clients.

• Advising clients on buying and selling of properties;
• Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers;
• Conduct property viewings;
• Carry out market appraisals;
• Managing transactions and processes and preparation of documents;
• Advertising properties;
• Managing client relationships;
• Managing partner/team/legal and bond originator relationships;
• Identifying potential clients and properties and convert leads into clients;
• Consistent achievement of set targets and goals.

• Real Estate NQF 4 qualification and valid FFC licence (essential);
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the real estate sales industry (essential);
• Experience working with luxury brands (desirable).

• Strong customerfocused individual with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
• Strong team player;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets;
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills;

• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
• Valid S.A. code 8 driver's licence.
