Description

Purpose:

To provide efficient and professional sales admin support ensuring customers are communicated to accurately, processing orders, issuing invoices, relay order instructions, and assist with monthly reporting, whilst working actively as part of the central sales team to increase and enhance the level of service.


Education Requirements:

High school diploma; Further study in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Qualifications in secretarial/admin studies will be an advantage.


Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (MS Office)

Excellent organizational skills.


Competency Requirements:

Able to work independently with mínimal direction.

Excellent organizational skills and ability gather and share information.

Detail oriented with strong writing and verbal skills.


Responsibilities:


Under general direction:
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Issuing sales transaction invoices.

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Assisting with monthly sales reports.

Expediting orders through internal liaison.

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Complete other duties as assigned by Management.
