QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 & Registered assessor and moderator




EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 year's supervisory experience in a training & development environment.

JOB REQUIRES YOU TO COME AND WORK IN THE OFFICE IN BALLITO FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

JOB PROFILE

Purpose of the Job
To ensure compliance and quality of training & development interventions.


Key Performance Areas

KPA 1:
Manage contract facilitators/assessors


KPA 2:
Manage training sites, clients and learners


KPA 3:
Manage training material


KPA 4:
Manage the quality of assessment

KPA 5:
Perform office and training administration
