Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Food and Beverage Support Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations. This role involves working closely with our chefs, servers, and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, and cleaning all equipment and areas.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure they are clean and organized.
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
No prior work experience is necessary, but candidates should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
