IT Support and Infrastructure Role

The IT Support and Infrastructure team at CallForce is responsible for providing call/incident management, IT support, control, and tracking of information technology (IT) assets. This team plays a key role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality technical support and services.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management: Manage and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Ticket Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all IT-related tickets and incidents.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets, including hardware and software.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
Communication: Communicate effectively with team leaders and end-users to ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Active Directory, IP Networking, Anti-Virus, and general technical support knowledge.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
