Our successful Hotel Managers

manage the hotel's
finance including budget preparation, forecasting, Capex, cash flow, statements, reports, audit requirements, policies and Board Papers
ensure
corporate governance complies consistently with Tsogo Sun standards
develop and oversee the implementation of effective
sales and marketing strategies
build
short and long term strategies - and the associated action plans - that deliver on the
hotel's mission, vision and value
ensure the
optimal functioning of all operational areas through daily monitoring and effective communication with heads of department
ensure the
guest experience complies with the hotel's brand promise and target service levels
build
competent and motivated staff across all departments through confident and caring leadership.
work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these
qualifications, join our team: A formal related qualification or extensive managerial experience in either finance, law or human resources - with some knowledge and experience in all three areas.

A proven track record in efficient and effective management of operations and employees through subordinate managers and supervisors and currently hold a HOD position.
