Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on the construction site.
  • Manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Enforce safety standards, protocols and procedures to prevent workrelated accidents and injuries.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and regulations.
  • Identify, monitor, and output accurate reports on a routine basis to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment needed onsite.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to the project manager.
  • Perform other duties as required by the project manager.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a site foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, plans, and drawings.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexible work schedule as per the project requirements.

Education:


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field is preferred.

Certification:


  • Valid construction site supervisor or foreman certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be physically fit and able to work in a fastpaced, physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:


  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
