Duties & Responsibilities
ØDealing with customer queries and complaints
ØAssisting customers with requests for product information and their accounts
ØManaging customer requirements
ØAssist customers in making purchasing decisions.
ØProvide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
ØHandling the queries and complaints of customers over the phone.
As well as having a clear and friendly telephone voice, you must also have the ability to meet targets, work under pressure and keep your cool when speaking with angry customers in a professional manner at all times.
Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements
ØMust have Matric
ØGood command of the English language, preferably also Afrikaans
ØAttention to detail
ØPassionate about customer service
ØExperience of at least 2 years in a customer relationship position
ØStrong experience in Customer Service
ØAbility to work with cross functional teams
ØAbility to think on his/her feet
ØAble to work under high pressure and deadline
Salary:
R1, R10,000.00 per month
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
