    Addressing any employment relation issues
    Drafting and administering the following documents and/or processing thereof; 7.11 and 7.13 CCMA referrals; objections to Con/Arb;. Chairing disciplinary hearings and setting up the account of outcome
    Drafting pre-arbitration minutes documents Administering the employee abscondment process
    Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Preparing bundles for arbitration
    Daily labour relations and HR assistance to clients UIF registrations and submissions
    Drafting and finalizing employment contracts
    Preparing or updating employment documents and/or records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
    Drafting, implementing and administering human resource policies, procedures, codes of conduct, laws and standards
    Drafting employee duties and responsibilities documents Overseeing hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes and performing reference checks.
    Admin Duties and Responsibilities Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
    Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
    Greeting visitors at reception
    Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms Taking minutes at meetings
    Typing up letters and reports
    Updating computer records using a database
    Printing and photocopying
    Maintaining office systems
    Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR Ad-hoc Duties and Responsibilities
    Managing of Employment Equity duties and responsibilities Managing of Skills Development duties and responsibilities Client Maintenance Client onboarding

    Developing client onboarding plans Standards:
