Are you someone who can:

  • Lead an interior design team specializing in corporate work spaces and retail environment (Points of Presence)
  • Deep understanding of design workflows and design software specifications for the generation of interior design concepts, visualization, technical drawing and cost i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Revit, Sigma, Escape
  • Understanding of Brand and CI
  • Inspire design team through guidance of new, sustainable and efficient way of design
  • Ability to liaise with Executive Leadership across the Group

  • Minimum Qualification

  • Design Lead with qualifications in Creative Brand leadership/Marketing/Interior Design/Architecture.
  • MBA/Masters in Design advantageous

  • Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
  • Achievement of net profit growth for Business.
  • Manage Cost to Income to increase profitability and efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement differentiated service models for client segments.
  • Enable Business Unit service delivery through implementing systems and processes to improve service. Implement quality systems and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfaction.
  • Translate Business Unit strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
  • Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices.
  • Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
