- Mitigate project blockers related to product deliveries
- Ensure consistent application of project governance processes and decisions
- Provide input to budgeting process per project portfolio
- Drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, and other designated tools
- Collaborate with PMO Manager, Development Teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders to facilitate delivery and remove impediments
- Contribute to streamlining, adapting, and standardizing new processes and artifacts across Solution Delivery
- Deliver high-quality results across the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate project audits as needed
- Manage customer expectations for project deliverables
- Perform risk assessments and develop response strategies
- Monitor performance of project team members and provide feedback
- Develop and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for best practices in Project Management
- Coach teams on software development methods and technical and operational practices
- Manage software development methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, LSD, and FDD

- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing

- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

- Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA (preferred), advanced MS Office skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage Agile and Non-Agile projects
- Minimum 2 years experience of managing a team
