    Description

    A Senior Manager Sales opportunity exists at a specialized IT training company providing vendor-authorized and award-winning solutions.

    The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies for new and growth accounts, driving market share growth and ensuring Account Managers meet annual targets. They will work closely with sister companies to leverage client relationships and provide support to achieve overall business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales Strategy: Conduct market analysis, review competitor activity, strategize product development, and maintain a sales plan to achieve company targets and profitability.
    2. Client Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, communicate client information, and prepare documentation to meet client expectations.
    3. National Sales: Manage a pipeline of prospective opportunities, close new accounts, and develop sales territory plans.
    4. National Tenders: Participate in national tenders, prepare costing, and address client requirements.
    5. General Admin: Manage the growth team, ensure costings compliance, and implement SLAs.
    6. Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, feedback on growth performance, and account strategy concerns.

    Minimum Requirements

    1. University degree or equivalent qualification.
    2. At least 5 years' experience in sales management or field experience.

    This role requires confidentiality, promoting synergy and collaboration within the Adcorp group of companies by leveraging client relationships.
