Cellular retailer requires a seasoned recruiter to join our fast paced, engaging, sales environment. He/She will be responsible for the full recruitment function for the Cape Town Office.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company recruits and retains qualified employees, while assisting with nurturing a healthy and productive work environment.

Duties - Not limited to

  • Work independently
  • Conduct preemployment screening, such as confirming references and performing background checks
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports
  • Assist in proper onboarding and induction of new employees

Requirements:


  • Post Matric qualification would be advantageous alternatively solid work experience and proven ability at making placements within this sector
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Own vehicle would be advantageous
  • Good Admin skills
  • Must be organised and able to manage own desk, have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
