Job Description
The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the electrical and mechanical integrity of diesel-powered Earthmoving equipment and machinery. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in auto electrical and earthmoving equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on equipment, identifying faults using specialized tooling, and implementing necessary solutions to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, they will facilitate efficient technical, engineering, and after-sales services to customers, maintain professional relationships, and adhere to all health and safety legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Must be a qualified Auto Electrician or Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic with 4-5 years of experience in auto electrical work on Earthmoving equipment. Must have worked as a Field Service Technician and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Mining or construction industry experience is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, travel extensively, and adapt to challenging environments. They must also hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good level of physical health and fitness.
