Our Client is seeking a young, dynamic, highly motivated and results-driven
BCom Graduates who are wanting to get
experience and exposure in a
Leading Financial Consulting Company, to join their dynamic sales team.

As Financial sales consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, and closing sales through effective sales techniques. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to hot leads / potential clients with the objective of generating quotes and converting to sales.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively address questions and objections from clients calls.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
  • Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
-
BCom Management Degree or related Financial Degree is essential:


  • Sales Experience would be beneficial
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a highvolume, targetdriven environment

  • Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques
    beneficial:
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
    beneficial:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
