Our Client is seeking a young, dynamic, highly motivated and results-driven
BCom Graduates who are wanting to get
experience and exposure in a
Leading Financial Consulting Company, to join their dynamic sales team.
Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to hot leads / potential clients with the objective of generating quotes and converting to sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively address questions and objections from clients calls.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
- Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements

BCom Management Degree or related Financial Degree is essential:
- Sales Experience would be beneficial
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a highvolume, targetdriven environment
beneficial: - Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques
beneficial: - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
beneficial: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
Proficient in Various languages including English and Afrikaans
