We are currently in a phase of exceptional growth and performance, and we are now looking to aggressively build on that success. As a result we have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join us on a 6 month FTC.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruiting for roles globally and supporting with the recruitment of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Product roles.
    • Working with stakeholders to define recruitment campaigns and build best process hiring practices.
    • Proactively sourcing talent and ensuring we are building talent pools of talent who want to work at CVLibrary.
    • Advertising roles and promoting on the best channels to find talent. Ensure that our vacancies are promoted in the best way and that we are attracting top talent to work for us.
    • Shortlisting incoming applications and presenting shortlists to the business.
    • Telephone interviewing candidates for opportunities – selling CVL as an employer of choice.
    • Providing excellent candidate care.
    • Coordinating business interviews and ensure that all interviews' take place.
    • Raising requisitions on applicant tracking system and monitoring approval process.
    • Promoting advertised vacancies on social media platforms including LinkedIn.
    • Will be a brand evangelist and support in content creation for EVP and promoting our business culture.
    • Manage weekly communication to the business highlighting internal opportunities and vacancies to refer candidates.
    • Managing vacancy intake for all roles – and supporting key stakeholders in how to identify the right talent for their role.
    • Creating evaluation metrics for roles.
    • Working with key stakeholders to ensure they also are supported in making sure their new starters have the best onboarding experience.

    Requirements

    • Will be comfortable working to KPI's and ensuring TTH and CPH are managed.
    • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or within an agency environment (preferably in-house).
    • Skilled in different interview formats. Technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Will be data driven and able to provide data and analytics that support the recruitment narrative and steer stakeholders in their decision making.
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    • Excellent understanding of HR practices.

    • Good time management skills.
