We are recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team

If you love computers and have experience in IT, then is position is for you


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of network protocols.
  • VOIP experience.
  • Matric.
  • 1 year experience in an IT support role.
  • Ability to commute reliably.

Desired Competencies:


  • Microsoft 365 (advantageous).
  • Trouble shooting hardware.
  • 1st line support.
  • Dialing system admin experience (advantageous).
  • IT experience within a call centre.
  • CompTIA A+ & N+ qualification.
  • Printer/Scanning support (IP printing; printer network).
  • Creation of user logins.

Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month
