QUALIFICATIONS:

With deep understanding, knowledge, and experience in the Digital Marketing Industry (Remote digital marketing helps businesses increase their online presence, engage current customers, and attract new ones. In this role, you evaluate the organization's current digital marketing strategy and suggest changes and improvements).**
In depth background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).

- Flexible and can work in the UK Time zone.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, preferably in London.

- Strong knowledge of the London property market, rental laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple properties and tasks.

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

- Must have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to tenants and property owners.

- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup
