    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair hardware issues on notebooks, desktops, and screens
    • Troubleshoot and perform equipment maintenance
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
    • Work with clients and team members to resolve technical issues

    Requirements:

    • Mandatory qualifications: Matric, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+
    • Valid driver's license
    • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
    • At least 2 years' experience as a Notebook and Desktop repair Technician (in-house and onsite)
    • Proven board-level repair experience
