As a mold maker specializing in the injection of silicone rubber molds, with additional abilities in some of the following areas such as engineering waxes, master pattern making in wood, mold construction, and epoxy laminates, your job scope would typically involve the following responsibilities:

Mold design and construction:
Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop mold designs for silicone rubber molds. This includes determining the appropriate construction methods and materials based on the specific requirements of the project.

Mold fabrication:
Utilizing your skills in mold construction, you would fabricate molds by cutting, shaping, and assembling mold components. This would involve working with materials such as silicone rubber, wood for pattern making, or epoxy laminates.

Material preparation:
Preparing the materials required for the injection of silicone rubber molds.

This may involve mixing and preparing silicone rubber compounds, engineering waxes, or epoxy laminates according to the specific formulations and specifications.


Mold setup and operation:
